These are the basic weekly, biweekly or monthly  cleans.

Some companies will come in and tidy up before cleaning. Some companies ask that you tidy up before cleaning. I am going to leave that option up to you. Whatever makes you feel more comfortable, I am absolutely good with.

Tidying includes picking up stuff and putting it away, folding blankets, straightening throw pillows, etc.

Now that that’s out of the way let’s get down to the nitty gritty. Below I have listed what will be done in each room for EVERY standard clean.

:::KITCHEN:::
•Dust all surfaces including the top of the fridge, ceiling fans and light fixtures within reach (insurance only covers being 3 feet off the ground ), baseboards and room corners (you know, those spots cobwebs just insist on calling home)
•Blinds & Windowsills dusted
•Inside and outside of microwave cleaned & polished
•Outside of oven, fridge and dishwasher cleaned & polished
•Doors and light switches wiped down
•Fronts of all cabinet doors and counter tops cleaned & sanitized
•Kitchen Tables and chairs/bar stools cleaned & sanitized
•Trash &/or recycling emptied with bags replaced
•Floors vacuumed and mopped

:::Bathrooms:::
•Light fixtures & fans dusted
•Room corners & baseboards dusted
•Dust all surfaces
•Empty trash (replace bag)
• Toilet clean & sanitized (inside and out, wipe down walls around and behind toilet also wipe baseboard behind toilet)
•Shower and/or tub cleaned & sanitized
•All mirrors cleaned
•Vanities and/or sinks cleaned & sanitized
• Doors and light switches wiped down
•Blinds and windowsills dusted
• Floors vacuumed and mopped

:::Bedrooms, Offices, Living/Family rooms, etc::
•Ceiling Fans dusted (within reach)
•Room corners and baseboards dusted
•Doors and light switches wiped
•Bedroom closets- dusted & vacuumed
•Empty Trash (replace bag)
•Dust/ Picture Frames & Mirrors
•Dust furniture
•Blinds and windowsills dusted
• Vacuum & mopped(if applicable)

:::Stairs:::
•Dust Banister
•Wipe down handrail
•vacuum

All sliding glass doors & storm doors cleaned (except in winter, no one likes frozen cleaner on their glass doors)
